MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE

The computerized Multiple Listing Service (RMLS.com) is your best form of advertising. An accurate and detailed profile of your property will be exposed to over 6,500 sales agents. Because most buyers’ work with Realtors, once you’re in the system, you are accessing virtually all homebuyers in the state and abroad.

ON-LINE MARKETING

In conjunction with RMLS.com, my online network promotes your home to more than 80 million customers nationwide. Your home will be professionally photographed and advertised on DarinProvost.com, OregonRealty.com, Realtor.com, Craigslist.com, and more. The first showing of your home will likely be on-line as over 80 percent of home buyers are using the internet.

OPEN HOUSES

An Open House will be held on the first Sunday after your property initially hits the market. I will also host an initial Broker Tour exclusive to other Realtors to preview your property and give me feedback on how well it shows and our price.
