You'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need. You'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
Let's get together and talk about your home buying and/or selling plans. Call me at the office at 503-254-0100 or on my sell phone at 503-805-8545. Or reach me through email at angimcfarland@yahoo.com. I am always adding to the levels or service I or my group can offer, and we are always striving to be on the cutting edege of technology and market conditions.
About me...... I am a native Oregonian, and I have lived in Portland for over 15 years. I really appreciate the diversity and uniqueness that Portland has to offer. I am a huge fan of local artists and the richness they bring to the communities. I try to utilize local business when possible, from coffee shops, art spaces to vineyards and repair shops. I have been an organic gardener since a child, and now I also raise and rescue rabbits as a member of the Rabbit Advocate Society, a division of the Humane Society. I share my home with 12 bunnies and 7 cats, and a few fish in my pond. This year I am focusing on kick-starting my organic garden. In my office, whenever possible, I choose to recycle and use recycled products. I also participate in the renewable energy program through the local utility company PGE.
I have donated time and energy working with animal rescue groups. For more than 10 years I contributed at the Estacada Library during the summer reading programs. My skills are in seeing the good and the ugly in homes, and in understanding what a customer is saying. I am a great listener!
